Partner were engaged by APN as development manager and strategic advisor in January 2019 to assist in obtaining masterplan approval for a 4 stage mixed-use development project on a large 2.7 Ha site in the technically challenging Fisherman’s Bend Precinct.
The proposed scheme included a 300-room hotel, 1,000 apartments and over 50,000sqm of commercial office. Upon review, Partner recommended a redesign to separate the integrated commercial office, thus improving the future rentability and tradability proportionate delivery of site infrastructure (roads and parks), concurrent with each stage, ensuring financing and robust feasibility.
Partner have an ongoing role in development management of the masterplan, including stakeholder and authority engagement as well as management a large team of consultants.
